You learn that Marley has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, so you’ll want to make sure this information is in the Diagnosis section of his profile. Click the Diagnosis tab to do so. Prodigy uses “ICD-9” codes to pull in specific diagnoses. Type in the code provided below to add it. Press the tab key and then click the Add button. Edit

You’ll continue by adding Marley’s medication allergies. He is fortunate to not have any, however, we still need to confirm this information in Prodigy. Having no allergies is considered an “allergen class” when selecting in Prodigy. Click on the Allergies tab to open it. Begin typing in "no known" - options will appear as you type. Double click the correct allergen class to match the sample below and then, click the Add button. Edit
