First, you’ll need to navigate to Time Codes in the PMR side of PROscript. Click the PMR icon. Click the Clock icon. Edit

This is where you can enter standard time codes for facilities. You could drill down to Nurse Station within a facility, but for this tutorial, you will just create time codes for the Pleasant Hill group home. In the Time Code field, type the code shown below and tab to the Facility field. Type the facility number shown below and tab to the Line # 1 field. Edit

The Pleasant View group home has stated that their QAM is 8AM. Note that the Line #’s correspond to the slots on the MAR. Enter 8AM into the Line #1 field and press the F4 key to save your work. Edit
