↑ 1 ↓	To login, enter your username and password. For the purposes of this tutorial, use the username and password below. Then, click Login.	Edit
↑ 2 ↓	Hover over Patient Access and select Real Time Eligibility Inquiry.	Edit
↑ 3 ↓	The Site field should remain as Genoa Healthcare and you would normally select your pharmacy sites NPI number from the Site NPI drop down. For this tutorial, use the NPI provided below.	Edit
↑ 4 ↓	The Provider Code and Taxonomy fields should be left as is. In the Payer field, type in the example shown below. It’s important to choose the correct Payer ID to ensure we are billing the Payer with which we are contracted. It can typically be found on the consumer’s medical ID card. For this tutorial, select the payer shown below.	Edit
↑ 5 ↓	In the Relationship field, you’d select Self or Dependent. For this tutorial we’ll keep it as Self. Enter all of the required fields (marked by an asterisk) using the information provided below, using the Tab key to advance. Click the Check Eligibility button.	Edit
