First you’ll need to launch easyPost in PROscript.
From the PROscript main screen, open the Utilities menu and then select easyPost Shipping. |

Step 1 Box:
You’ll need to scan the delivery manifest/tote sheet in to the Scan/Enter Batch# field using your handheld scanner. This will associate the shipping and tracking info to all prescriptions on the manifest.
For this tutorial, just type in 123456.
Now you'd verify the Recipient details that populate in the Recipient box.
Click in the Weight (oz) box to continue. |

Step 2 Box:
Here you’ll specify the package details.
Normally you would place the prescriptions and packaging materials on the scale and auto weigh them with the connected scale using the ctrl+F9 keys.
For this tutorial, type 12 in the Weight (oz) box. |

Step 3 Box:
The below steps are the most commonly used.
In the Carrier dropdown, select USPS.
The Service dropdown defaults to Rate Shop and can be left as is.
In the Package dropdown, select Softpack.
Leave the Ship Date as the present date.
No Signature Required defaults and can be left as is.
Note: If you’re shipping any controlled substance you must select Signature Required per Genoa policy. |

Step 4 button:
Now you’ll select the rate. Click the Step 4 - Select Rate button.
A validation screen will appear. For this tutorial, press the Enter key to continue.
A list of different rates will appear. It is customary to click the lowest priced rate.
Then press OK. |

Click the Step 5 - Ship It! key to ship the package.
