First you’ll need to launch the Refills Too Soon report.
From the PROscript main screen, click on Reports and select Refills Too Soon. |

Usually the date range entered is the current date. Press the tab key twice to populate the date range fields.
Press the F2 key to view the results.
Alternatively, you could also press the F4 key to print the results to have a physical copy of the list. Once the refills have been processed, the report can no longer be printed. |

The results for the selected date range will preview in the Refills Too Soon Report box.
Press the F8 key to Auto Fill the previewed prescriptions.
Click Yes on the warning pop-up. |

If prescriptions were previously refilled, discontinued, or if the prescription still needs a Prior Authorization, you would review the errors to continue.
You can accept inventory alerts, escape out of patient notes after reading them and then escape to the PROscript main screen.
Try to step through this process on your own. |

You’ll need to review all of the prescription adjudication claims.
Escape to the PROscript main screen and click the Prescription Entry icon.
Enter the appropriate letter into the Action Box to view the claims.
From here you would proceed as you would with any other claim. |
