↑ 1 ↓	The Will Call report is located on SharePoint. Open Google Chrome and navigate to SharePoint using the house icon.	Edit
↑ 2 ↓	From the homepage click on Data Warehouse > Report Links > Operations Reports> Will Call Report	Edit
↑ 3 ↓	Use the drop down menu to select the pharmacy shown below and then click View Report. The report will load on your screen. Once loaded, it's a good idea to print to the report to work off of. Use it to make reminder calls and reverse old claims. Click the printer icon now to continue.	Edit
