You’ll use the Will Call function to gather all of the consumer’s prescriptions. We'll look for Marley's Latuda and assume we've already grabbed the prescription bottle.
From the PROscript main screen, select Misc and then Will Call.
Tab to the Select by Patient field and type: white
Tab to see the consumer selection screen and select Marley White.
You would verify that you have the Latuda in hand and that it also shows on the screen. Then, escape to the PROscript main screen. |

Now that you’ve verified what you’ve gathered matches what Will Call says you should have, you need to create a Delivery Manifest/Tote Sheet.
Click the Rx Tracking/Verification icon and click F3 - Tote Management.
Normally you would use your Positive ID Barcode and the Zebra scanner. For this tutorial, 'scan' the barcode by clicking it shown here.
Next, you’d normally scan the Facility barcode. For this tutorial, click the barcode shown here. |

We'll assume you scanned Marley's Latuda and can see it here now.
You'll need to assure that print options are set correctly by clicking the Print Options button.
You should sort by Patient. Drug Schd, Rx. Click that radio button now. Then click the box to include the Patients Address and the box to include Patient Charges.
For this tutorial we'll assume the printer selection is correct. Click the OK button to save your print options. |
