Step Text	The reject message confirms that this refill was processed too soon. Rejected claims must be reversed so the quantity of the drug is added back to inventory, and the refill is added back to the prescription. Voiding the claim accomplishes both. Use your hotkeys to edit the claim, modify the prescription, and void it from the Batch Bill. Remember to read all fields in the rejection screen so that you begin to understand what information a rejection screen can provide you.
